“Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, da explizit ein „Queen-Bett“ (eine durchgehende Matratze) angeboten wurde. Leider gibt es diese Zimmerkategorie vor Ort gar nicht. ​Das Bett: Statt der versprochenen durchgehenden Matratze erhielten wir zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelmatratzen. Die dadurch entstehende Lücke hat den Schlafkomfort erheblich gestört. Zudem waren die Bettdecken sehr klein dimensioniert, was für zwei Personen im Doppelbett ungemütlich ist. ​Frühstück: Das Highlight des Aufenthalts! Ein……

“In der Unterkunft sind die Wände sehr dünn ich habe oben ständig die Hundekrallen gehört. Während des Aufenthalts kamen Handwerker die sich was anschauen wollten. Das Geschirr war nicht sauber und musste erst vorgespüllt worden. Handtücher haben gepasst. Fußbodenheizung vorhanden. Der Fernseher spielte nicht alle Sender. ”

“Das Personal war großartig darin, mich zu Ignorieren :( Wenn doch mal jemand zu sprechen war, dann waren das zwar nur max 2-3 Dreiwortsätze, ohne Blickkontakt, aber immerhin. Wenn ich eine Frage hatte war grundsätzlich keiner da oder sah sich geneigt, mit mir zu sprechen - ansonsten hätte ich das alles gleich vor Ort besprechen können. Das Zimmer an sich war sauber, lag allerdings im Treppenhaus, also exakt zwischen Restaurant & Küche und schräg über der Rezeption… Entsprechend lang zogen……
