千万别踩坑，这家住宿态度差，糟糕透了，是我住过的最差的酒店！千万不要踩坑！超级差！安排房间有歧视，我们亚洲人不要入住这个酒店！听劝！Avoid this place at all costs. The staff’s attitude was terrible, and the overall experience was absolutely awful. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. Please take this warning seriously—do not make the same mistake. Extremely disappointing! Évitez absolument cet établissement. Hapimag really knows what travelers need, hotel plus apartment. The amenities and staffs are the best in Europe so far we have traveled. We will stay again in one of Hapimag and let our friends and families know about this hotel in Europe . Danke schoen!

Everything is amazing view ,clean ,staff, location, all services are great 👍

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.

Location was great. However, the staff was brutal except for the breakfast staff. We were sitting in front of the hotel waiting for the para jumpers to land. We were told we could not sit there. It happened the night before at 10 pm, when we were finishing ice cream. There was NO ONE trying to use these tables!!!!!!We should have been asked if we were guests first before RUDELY being asked to leave. Also, they charge for room keys, if you ask for any extra and do not return them. Do not stay here!!!!!!
