### Ferienwohnung, Grömitz

Very well-kept holiday apartment just 600 meters from the coast. The 980 m² property is located in a quiet holiday home area. Social gatherings on your terrace while snacks sizzle on the grill - what could be better to end an evening?  
  
Grömitz, one of the largest and most famous seaside resorts in Germany, is known as the Baltic Sea resort on the sunny side and is located on the Wagrien peninsula on the Bay of Lübeck. Sun worshippers and bathers get their money's worth here: The beautiful beach is 8 km long and is a real gem with its cliffs and dunes. Nature lovers can discover the East Holstein landscape and the green hinterland, and there is a wide range of sports and leisure activities for active vacationers and those looking to get out and about.  
  
Highlights included:  
All consumption-dependent energy costs, bed linen and towels  
  
Note: The courtyard entrance and the parking space are under video surveillance.  
  
Activities nearby: Water sports such as windsurfing, sailing and swimming are of course the be-all and end-all in Grömitz. When the weather is bad, the Grömitzer Welle offers a large bathing area with sea water and a very nice wellness area. You can keep your feet dry while playing golf, walking, playing football or cycling.  
  
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Property under video surveillance ... In the lower part of the property there is another apartment that is locked and is occasionally used by the landlord.
