### Möwenstübchen Ferien House in Grömitz: Sauna, A/C, 250 m to beach
Ferienhaus Möwenstübchen Grömitz is a detached holiday home in Grömitz, located at Strandpark 15a and just 250 m from the sea and the sandy beach. With 83 m² on one level (ground floor), 4 rooms in total, 3 bedrooms, and sleeping facilities for up to 6 guests, it is well suited for families, couples, and active travelers who value short distances to the waterfront while enjoying privacy and comfort within a holiday complex.
The living area is designed for relaxed days indoors: a seating corner with sofa, a dining area with dining table, and an open-plan kitchen connected to the living room create a convivial atmosphere. Vinyl flooring in the living room and bedrooms supports an allergy-friendly stay, and all windows are fitted with privacy protection. For entertainment, you have a TV (35–44", satellite connection) as well as a DVD and Blu-ray player, plus a games console, radio, CD player, and games for shared evenings. A fireplace stove adds extra comfort, and gas heating is available. In some rooms, air conditioning provides additional climate control. Wi-Fi with a stated speed of at least 100 Mbit/s and internet access are available, and contactless check-in/out supports flexible arrivals.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a ceramic hob, oven (electric connection), microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, Senseo espresso machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, and comprehensive kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery. A first set of supplies is provided, and tea towels are available. A washing machine for private use, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, and wardrobe area support longer stays.
The bathroom includes a walk-in (level-access) shower, WC, washbasin, mirror, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, and hot water. A private sauna for your exclusive use is available, offering a wellness option after a day at the beach, cycling, or hiking.
Outside, the garden with garden view invites you to spend time in the fresh air. You can relax with garden furniture, a beach chair (Strandkorb), parasol and sun protection, or use the garden arbor for sheltered moments. A charcoal grill is available for outdoor meals on the terrace. Two free private parking spaces are provided on site; a car is recommended. Practical distances include a restaurant about 400 m away and shopping facilities about 1,800 m away.
Children and babies are welcome, and a baby cot is available. The house is non-smoking, and youth groups are not permitted. Built in 2010 and last renovated in 2024, Ferienhaus Möwenstübchen Grömitz combines modernized comfort with a seaside location for beach days, sports activities, and restful breaks.
