Thoughtful details, high-quality materials, and modern furnishings ensure a cozy living experience. A TV is available in the living area. From here, you have direct access to the south-facing loggia. Here, you can enjoy sunny hours and the fresh Baltic Sea air. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides additional comfort all year round. A washing machine is also available.

The bedroom features a comfortable 180 x 200 cm box-spring bed and its own TV. A high-quality sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates 2 additional guests. The apartment thus offers space for up to 4 people and is suitable for couples on vacation as well as for small families or groups of friends.

The pier, the marina, and numerous recreational activities ensure a varied vacation experience on the Baltic Sea.

There is currently a construction site behind the house. This may occasionally result in noise and obstructed views in the immediate vicinity. This circumstance has already been factored into the pricing and does not entitle guests to further requests for a rent reduction.
