Rooftop 31 is a luxury penthouse located on the second floor of a renovated mansion, located between the Noorderplantsoen and the Akerkhof, near the Westerhaven and the Vismarkt of the center of Groningen.
it has a balcony and roof terrace!

The apartment has a living room with TV / Apple TV with Netflix, sitting area, bedroom, luxury bathroom with bath and double rain shower and fully equipped kitchen.

In summer and autumn you drink a cup of coffee on one of the two terraces. A beautiful roof terrace is accessible via a wide staircase.
