"Just an amazing stay. We enjoyed many meals and drinks on the outdoor patio overlooking Lake Como. The house is very nice and well set up for a large family. We absolutely loved it!"

"The villa is beautiful and the views fromthe property are outstanding. The villa was very clean. We just had a few small scorpions but that is to be expected in that area. Be aware there is no A/C in the two guest bedrooms but if you leave the doors open they will stay cool. The town of Colico about 5 mins away is really cute with wonderful restaurants by the water. The property has a washing machine which was great but no iron so we had to take some clothes to the dry cleaners. Good...

"This is beautiful property with views and is spacious for a large family and group. The manager is highly responsive and professional. We recommend it highly. "

"The villa was beautiful and we would stay there again. The only downside was that there isn’t a great AC system in every room including the primary room, so it was quite hot. That being said, there were plenty of rooms with cold AC on the first level. The property manager was responsive and the check in and check out process was smooth."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Gioiosa over the New Year. The house is spacious and modern with every comfort you can think of - the owners have thought of everything. Excellent open plan living and separate area for bedrooms. The villa is perfect for families with plenty of activities on site and in the surrounding area. You can enjoy walks on the lake, feed the swans or just enjoy the amazing view over the water and mountains. You are really away from it all. We also went skiing...
