Check in hours are specified but you can coordinate for if you arrive out of those times. Hotel is clean, beds comfortable, nice soaps. Good value and only about 20 min walk to Salzburg old town central. Easy to get to via public transit from airport (one bus). Strong recommendation when you consider value for money and efficiency! I would gladly stay again and recommend for those traveling to Salzburg.

Not a good hotel and rooms so small and smelly.. old and needs help.. won’t stay here and don’t recommend specially for the price

The room was clean, nice and updated. The staff was very responsive. The address in Hotels.com takes you to the back door, which is only signed Master. Tried our code but it did not work. Maybe update address in google/hotels.com We were told ‘cooking’ no longer allowed in rooms, but for an apartment, we thought there would at least be a microwave to reheat left overs. No such luck. Also, no services like fresh towels or trash emptying during our stay, even though we asked. Was told to get from the supply cabinet on our own. Which is ok, but unsure where to empty trash. Guess it’s a ‘you’ service apartment instead of ‘serviced’. Over all, great location, nice and clean. Just lacked some extras that would have made it a truly serviced apartment.
