The staff are excellent, and I don’t want to underplay that. Very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and so on. I think the staff carry the experience, they worked so hard and it was visible. Properly management needs to step up, crowd control, and start some refreshing of the property Issues: Gym - poorly maintained equipment/broken equipment. Multiple machines were down during my stay, which made keeping to my routine abysmal. Premises Cleanliness - again, staff are doing their best, but gosh, there was just garbage everywhere. Elevators with spilled food and drink (and also inside the elevators need a total refresh), carpets smelling musty toward end of hallway, and Thurs/Friday/Saturday management clearly didn’t put enough workers on shift for the crowd, you had security guards navigating people away/around puke and spilled food. Elevators - slow, broken Room - no mini fridge/mini fridge only upon request? Got it in the end, but that was bizarre. Spa/Sauna - facility does not command the entry price or price per service, far too basic. I understand the Vegas price hike but your service has to be somewhere in the ballpark. Pool - no night swim or night lounge allowed. I’m learning this is common in Vegas, people need to push back, I come from a tourist island where you can night lounge till the wee hours, that’s the best catchup time/vibe for people who are sober/aren’t out drinking etc.
