I had a very pleasant stay with this hotel. The room was tended to nicely each day, water bottles were fulfilled each day, assistance with the room safe was prompt, staff was attentive. One note: I had ample water (including hot water) in my room on the third floor, but my friend on the sixth floor had severe problems ranging from no hot water the first day, to no cold water after they "fixed" it--then only a trickle the rest of his stay; showering under a hot trickle was not ideal, he said, lol. Perhaps ask for a room on a lower floor to avoid water issues? idk
