"Room not ready on arrival. Waited while others who tried to check in after me got there rooms prior to me at front desk. Resvervation was made in June 2025. Room was not properly cleaned. Dirty socks from prior guest hanging of bathroom shower hook. Slowest service ever in restaurant and 5 of 5 times my order was wrong. I would not recommend this hotel. Although hotels are limited on island ."

Hotel foyer and general outlook of hotel is in a state of disrepair and upkeep. Not enough lighting in the rooms. Towels and bedsheet had stains.
