Later, we arrived late at night and could not contact the receptionist either by knocking on the door nor calling the phone numbers they gave us. There was no doorbell either, we finally got in contact with him and he let us in with no apology. The photos don’t match the property I’d look elsewhere. "

"Our stay at Turismo Comunitario Las Esperanza was unforgettable thanks to the incredible location, the incredibly kind hosts, and the unique opportunity to share some time with members of an indigenous community. We stayed in the traditional choza which was large, clean and comfortable. The food (dinner and breakfast) was delicious and well prepared. We regretted not having more time to explore the area both hiking and on horseback. We will be sure to return for those activities. When we arrived in this remote location, we had a flat tire (!!!) and the community members went above and beyond to help us resolve the problem. "
