Perfectly kept

The hotel is kept up to the highest standard. Everything was great and there's plenty of free parking. The old town is less than 10 minutes walk away.

nice quiet place with a quiet reception person

there are so limited options in Guarda, this place was a 15 min. walking distance to the instituto politecnico da guarda, because of this I chose this one. actually nice quiet place with a small breakfast. but the reception guy should be changed, he is a man with no emotions, no smile, no english nothing.

This is a very basic hotel. No elevator but lots of steps, so be prepared. It’s also laid out in a weird way so the entrance is actually through the basement rather than the front door. Definitely not a tourist hotel, but it was clean and adequate. The bedding was just barely enough, need to update it for sure. Breakfast was good. About 10 minute walk to the main square. Located in a residential neighborhood.

Pros: it's very clean and the lady at check-in was very kind. Cons: in general it's very basic. No closet rod, hangers, or hooks are available. No hot water, hair dryer, or safe. We had 2 rooms, and in 1 room the TV worked but it did not work in the other. Breakfast is just juice and 2 kinds of bread. The biggest problem for us was that a man (owner?) yelled at us and threatened to kick us out because we had some wet clothes that we laid around the room to dry (because there were no hangers or hooks). He yelled (in Portuguese only) that we were going to ruin everything, but nothing was damaged. Another time, they were cleaning our room so my husband used the bathroom near the lobby and the man yelled at him again (in English this time) that we should only use the bathroom in our room.

RESIDENCIAL FERRINHO A GUARDA

Nous avons été très très bien accueillie. Les gérants qui tiennent la résidencial sont très gentils et serviables. L'établissement est extrêmement propre. Les lits sont très confortables. La chambre et les sanitaires sont parfait. Et en plus, le silence est à respecter à partir de 22 h ce qui est très appréciable pour passer une bonne nuit. Merci pour votre investissement et votre gentillesse. Et en plus, c'est très bien situé dans Guarda et parking privé et couvert, avec plein de fleurs partout.

Très bien

Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit et nous avons apprécié. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient ultra propre. Le seul petit reproche que je ferais c'est le manque de climatisation, nous avons bien laissé tout fermé comme demandé mais malgré tout il faisait chaud à cause de la température extérieure qui était de 42°. Nous avons donc laissé la porte de la chambre grande ouverte une bonne partie de la soirée afin que l'air frais du couloir avec climatisation arrive un peu dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien également. Parfait pour une ou deux nuits.

Hotel com 3 pisos sem elevador e a proprietaria mesmo vendo que tingam9s malas grandes nos colocou no 3o piso, a solução foi deixar as malas no carro e subir com algumas roupas pra dormir, sirte que sotonhamos reservado um dia.

Leider haben die Heizungen nicht funktioniert! Mein Zimmer war immer eiskalt. Mein Thermostat funktionierte nur im erste Drittel und wenn wir abends nach Hause kamen waren alle Thermostate abgestellt. Es war einfach immer eiskalt und prompt nach drei Tagen lag ich mit Fieber im Bett. Der Besitzer versprach es immer wieder zu beheben, doch bis zuletzt (Nächte) hat sich nichts geändert. Schade
