Hola Dalila et Marcel Nous avons passé 2 mois dans cet appartement très bien situé et propre , la plage est à 100m , la ville à 10minutes à pied , des propriétaires très accueillants , tout cela fait que nous avons passé un agréable séjour............une adresse a garder et a faire connaitre aux amis Nous vous embrassons tous les 2 et au plaisir de se revoir Hasta luego Jeannine et Serge

VACANCES A LA PLAGE

Dalila et Marcel, un grand merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité. L'appartement est très bien situé, accès façile pour aller découvrir la région et se promener à Guardamar. De retour en fin d'après-midi il est agréable de partir à la plage, si proche et non surpeuplée, pour se reposer et profiter de cette eau chaude.

super vacances!!!

Apres de nombreuses heures de route nous avons bénéficiez d un accueill particulièrement chaleureux par des propriétaires d'une extrême gentillesse. Nous venons donc de passer 15 jours dans ce duplex entièrement équipé ou rien ne manque (idéal pour famille avec enfant ) duplex très bien entretenu avec une décoration soignée. Nous avons apprécié l'endroit pour son calme et la convivialité du voisinage , situé un peu à l'écart du centre ville tout en y étant à deux pas nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir aller à la plage à pied traversant de jolis sentiers. Je recommande vivement cette location vous ne serez pas déçu!

Douze sur dix!

Nous venons de séjourner pendant 15 jours dans ce duplex très spacieux où rien ne manque; nous étions à 25 KM d'Alicante, au calme à 300 m d'une magnifique plage de sable fin, dans une résidence propre, arborée et près d'un charmant petit port; Nous conseillons un véhicule pour faire les courses. L’accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires (francophones) était plus que chaleureux. Nous espérons l'occasion de vous revoir, avec toutes nos amitiés. Evelyne, Alain, Henry et Gisèle.

le paradis sur terre

nous avons passé 1 mois et demi dans cet appartement, rien ne manque tout est prevue pour passer de bonne vacances, l environnement est superbe , pres du port , à quelques minutes de la mer, les propriétaire sont dispo en cas de besoin, ils ont pense a tout, tout est a proximité , parc aquatique pour les enfants , magasins, centre commercial, centre ville, resto etc.... une location de qualité louée par Dalila et Marcel, 2 personnes tres sympathiques et fiables , que dire d'autre, à part la certitude de retourner passer ses vacances à guardamar des que possible. location idéale pour les familles avec enfants a tres bientôt et encore merci pour tout Mounia et Jeremie

Que du bonheur !

Nous venons de passer 15 jours dans cet appartement très agréable à vivre. Nous avons apprécié la situation de l'appartement, en retrait de la ville, au calme. Qu'il est agréable d'aller à la plage à pied. En plus, la plage est hyper tranquille, contrairement à d'autres plages dans la région. Merci à vous Dalila pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité. Idéal pour les vacances

Nous venons d'y passer les 15 premiers jours d'Aout. Ce duplex est très bien équipé ,avec des propriétaires tres sympathiques et soucieux de votre bien-être. L'emplacement est idéal car il vous permet de vous reposer et de faire de jolies promenades. Le centre est à 2 km et animé le soir. Torréviera n'est qu'a 13 km. Pour les amateurs de pêche, le canal de sortie du port est proche. Les plages sont propres et disponibles de ce côté du village. Bref, une location à conseiller pour tous vacancier possédant un véhicule pour faire les courses. Chacun peut y trouver son compte.

génial...

Mon mari et nos 4enfants avons loué cet appart 2semaines la 1ere quinzaine de juillet, et nous avons eu ce que nous recherchions tant pour les enfants que pour nous-mêmes. un centre commercial avec de grands magasins a 15min, un supermarché a 5min, bien situé des commodités. Idéal pour les enfants, personnellement j'en ai de 20mois à 7ans et ils se sont franchement bien amusés. Les propriétaires adorables, chaleureux et disponibles, tout pour nous faire passer de bonnes vacances! Ils n'ont pas hésité à nous faire profiter de tous les bons plans de la ville et des activités, MERCI! Pour les adultes, la mer à 300m, le port, la verdure, le calme. Pour les enfants, les parcs d'attractions, le safari, les centres nautiques,..... Bref, vous ne vous ennuyerez pas! Une confidence...2semaines, c'est court!

Nous avons loué cet appartement du 8 au 21 Aout 2010. Très bon accueil, propriétaires très sympathiques et chaleureux. Location très propre et bien équipée. Endroit calme et reposant, plage proche de l'appartement. Supermarché à proximité ( nécessite tout de même un véhicule ) . Aéroport proche.

Nous avons loué cet appartement du 25 07 au 08 08 2010. environnement calme, tout près de la mer à pied, piscine propre, jardin agréable pour bronzer et occuper les enfants qui peuvent pleinement profiter de cet espace, voiture indispensable pour le centre ville et les excursions. L'appartement est propre et neuf et très très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et disponibles. Cet endroit est vraiment reposant pour de bonnes vacances. Le village bouge le soir et on apprécie le calme en rentrant. Supermarché à proximité de l'appartement.

Exellente annonce

nous avons loué cet appartement du 10 au 24 juillet 2010. Nous recherchions un endroit calme, à proximité de belles plages, et de l'annimation, sans pour autant la subir. C'est exactement ce que nous avons trouvé. L'appartement Superbe appartement neuf, avec de belles prestations, dans une zone boisée et calme, très proche de la plage, à l'ecart de la ville. Même si une voiture est indispensable, toutes les commodités sont à proximité.Propriétaires vraiment très sympas, et disponibles. La situation proche du centre ville - à 25 km d'Alicante et surtout idéalement placé pour accéder à de très belles plages, où chacun pourra y trouver ce qu'il recherche ( avec du monde ou isolé) Aucune remarque négative
