Located on an elevated block this home is perfect for your next family or friend’s getaway. The character two level home offer 2 bedrooms, living area, kitchen, bathroom and toilet upstairs and a further 2 more bedrooms, split system air-con upstairs, second toilet and bathroom / laundry downstairs. After spending the day enjoying what the region has to offer grab your favorite beverage, take a seat on the balcony which leads off the upstairs living area and enjoy a family BBQ all while you watch the glorious sunset over the ocean. Not only can you enjoy the stunning views from the balcony. The Master bedroom, lounge room and kitchen also offer these views. There is also an option to hang out downstairs as well. For those cooler months gather around the firepit and roast marshmallows while discussing the highlights of the day. However you will need to BYO wood. UPSTAIRS Bedroom One – Queen Bed Bedroom Two – Queen Bed DOWNSTAIRS Bedroom Three – Queen Bed Bedroom Four – 2 x single beds. NO WIFI NO Pets – property is open with no fencing. For family fun day out enjoy a game of mini golf. Paddle, kayak or canoe up the Moore River Test your sand board skills at the sand hills. Enjoy majestic sunsets over the Indian ocean. Hang out the rods for some serious beach or reef fishing or catch some Bream in the River.
