This cute 4 bedroom holiday home is walking distance to the beach and river making it ideal for families. Sleeping 9, it's perfect for 2 families to get away. The home has just been fully renovated. It features two outdoor areas, new kitchen fitted with a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances, spacious open plan living and dining, all good size bedrooms (one bedroom outside with access externally). Air conditioning Fans Hammock Vast Collection of DVD's and Games Nespresso Coffee Machine - Pack of 10 Capsules available for use. WiFi with netflix Pet friendly outside only - NO fencing. Pet bond applicable $250. Guests are to provide their own sheets and towels - Linen Hire available on request Porta cot & high chair hire available on request Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. Very easy walk to the river mouth and golf course. Pet friendly (but no secure yard) which is the main reason we booked it. Nice bush garden and deck. Great selection of movies and board games plus wifi and netflix, which kept the children happy when it rained. One queen bedroom is separate from the rest of the house with no bathroom (not suitable for small children). Bedrooms all comfortable. Sleeps 10\. We love our weekend at Istana. The house is in a great location, such a short walk to the river mouth. The house had everything we needed and so many things we didn't expect. All the books and toys for the kids and having plastic cutlery, bowls and plates etc was great.
