"The room was clean and some staff members were helpful. However the second floor had a strong smell (possibly mold)? Breakfast was ok. The floors in our room were not cleaned (dirty socks and feet) the day we got there. They also did not clean our room while we stayed even after we asked. "

"Very nice property and rooms were great. It was a good visit back to Houston and close to the Stadium to watch the Astros. Parking was the only thing that the information could have been more open getting the parking pass to leave and return from the property. Other than that snaffu our stay was great with no issues. Thanks for clean rooms and the warm cookies."

"This place was very clean and well maintained for an older property. It is not the popular location of the beach but it is definitely quieter and the beach and pool is perfect. Very suitable for budget travelers."

"very outdated, and dirty. Non of the towels felt clean as there was always some staining, the sheets had a smell and so did the room. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Only good thing was the beach access and the beautiful beach"
