"The hotel was clean and beautiful! The staff was lovely and very helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel, which was one of the best meals we had in Italy! Would definitely recommend and stay there again."

"Room was very spacious. 2 full queen beds. Patio on one side of the room and smaller patio on the other side. Room was very clean. Staff were all very pleastant and helpful. Only small negatives was low pressure in shower but this is Italy so i wouldn't deduct anything for that. Hotel is a maybe a 7 min walk to the center. "

"WE had to make an emergency stay at the last moment. Pleasantly surprised at how beautiful Tropis is. The grounds were beautful. The rooms were very nce and the Staff was extremely courteous. Speaking English to guide us through an already frustrating day. The price per night may be a bit on the high-end, but absolutely worth every penny!"

I even had an issue with my luggage and the front desk was able to call the airport and sort everything out for me. "Loved my experience with the hotel. Got in late. They took my passport and handed me a key. I arrived late and looked tired. Next morning breakfast had ended sooner than anticipated but the staff quickly offered to let me take from the buffet and sit down. Giordano(the chef) got wind of what had happened and stepped in to make cappuccinos and a cheese platters and offered lots of advice on the area and the areas I would be visiting. I also briefly met the owner who owns the hotel and iGreco wine and olive oil. They gave me samples. They were friendly and welcoming which I have found some Italians are not so much. Overall just a great experience. "

The hostess and hosts were most welcoming they truly made us feel like we were part of their family.
