NEW LISTING-This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in Fort Morgan, Alabama at The Plantation. NEW GRANITE countertops installed in Kitchen & bathrooms. COMPLETELY REPAINTED.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, private balcony access and a master bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own full bath. If you are accommodating more than four guests, linens are available for the sleeper sofa in the living room.
You’ll also enjoy a full kitchen with all the amenities you need to cook for a crowd. In the living area, you’ll find a second exit to the balcony that overlooks the Gulf and is the perfect spot to watch a coastal sunset.

We have reserved two beach chairs & umbrella for use during your stay in our condo.

On the property, there are eight pools (including one indoor and one kiddie pool), several outdoor and indoor hot tubs, a steam room, saunas, an exercise room, a putting green and tennis courts. Grills are located throughout the property. Beach access is just steps from the condo elevator.
The Sassy Bass, a full-service restaurant, recently opened in the beachside lobby of our building.

Washers & Dryers are available on the ground floor. They're coin operated or credit card.

Kiva Dunes golf course is next door. They also have an onsite restaurant that is within walking distance from the condo.

Wonderful stay
Loved the property with many great amenities to keep the family busy for the week. Condo was perfect for our family and just as described. Having the beach chairs available to use was a huge plus. Great communication with the owner. Would most definitely rent this unit in the future. This was our first time in Alabama and hope to be back again.

Family beach trip
This property was perfect for us. Two adults and 3 little girls. We had a great time. The condo was clean and exactly as described. I was worried staying in this big of complex things would be crowded but that was not the case even though we were there over the 4th of July. We were always able to find a spot at the pool no matter what time we went out. We also loved the fact that the beach chairs and umbrella came with the stay. That made it much easier going to the beach with the little ones when I didn’t have to worry about carrying chairs and a tent or umbrella. Also was great that sand toys were provided which saves us space in the vehicle when driving down. We will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful Relaxing weekend
We stayed in Ft Morgan for a quick weekend at the beach. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The food at Sassy Bass is delicious. The pools were great to relax in during the hot days. Our teens enjoyed the tennis courts (bring your own racquets if you can). The beach chairs were a wonderful treat and the guys working down there are friendly and knowledgeable. The beach is ❤️ beautiful here but unfortunately we went during a jellyfish outbreak and did not swim. There is a beach store by Rouses up the road where we snagged some good beach towels. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend. Beds were comfortable but we didn't spend much time inside the unit.

My family and I stayed for the weekend and had a great time. The condo was clean and spacious. The WIFI was fast with no issues streaming. The location was great close to elevator and high enough to have beautiful ocean views from the balcony. The pool and beach just steps away from the building and ample parking.

Great location
We really enjoyed staying at the property. The beach was amazing and it was so convenient that chairs and an umbrella were provided. There were also a lot of beach toys at the room that the kids could use to play in the sand. The beds were really comfortable and the condo was clean. I was a little disappointed in the state of the hot tub and the pools, but that's out of the owner's control. Overall we had a great time. The property was really laid back and gave you a break from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores.

Very nice condo and area.
The condo is very nice. All amenities worked. Beds were comfortable. Beach was amazing. Liked the location. The laundry room wasn’t well kept and there are not many machines for such a large complex. There was only 1 dishwasher detergent pack—🤷‍♀️. There wasn’t a broom or swiffer or vacuum to sweep up sand!!! Needs to be more clear in listing that there is absolutely nothing there to clean with and you need paper towels, toilet paper and towels immediately. The refrigerator had a moldy hamburger in it. Loved the beach chairs that came with rental! Complex has trash issues. Would stay again if trash and laundry room issues were fixed.

Our stay was perfect. This was my sons welcome home from basic trip. This place was absolutely perfect. The balcony overlooking the pools was great. It made keeping an eye on my teenagers very convenient. The beach attendants were amazing as well.

The unit was nicely updated and decorated. It was in a nice location to access pools. We didn’t go to the beach from this unit as we had friends in another location but it was a nice view from the balcony. Well stocked kitchen as well!!

Property was clean & great location. We had check in challenges b/c cleaning crew logged incorrect code for door so with all our gear, we couldnt get in! This was a pain as we couldnt access after driving 5hrs. I contacted owner & she was super nice in helping to solve the problem. Im glad she answered her phone b/c if not, there was no way to solve it (i think). The owner has rented 2chaise/umbrella for this unit for summer...but we had to call her to find that out (otherwise, it’s $40/day rental!). But a VERY nice touch indeed...just tip the attendant. Go early (set up at 9am, take down 5pm) & tell attendant there’s a reservation & your unit. They write it on back of chaise. Wifi worked fine most of the time. Bath towels provided but no toiletries. Hair dryer provided. Shop before you get there because the nearest proper store is 8mi away. We loved our stay here & will return. 😎🏖
