"Had a great stay at Marmara. Gorgeous hotel property, grounds, and outstanding view!! We loved this hotel. The service however, could be improved. Staff was friendly and nice, but not very proactive. Being picky , but I would expect at a 5 star hotel that I would not have to ask the front desk more than once for my room to be cleaned, for example. The service at pool and breakfast could also be improved. These are very minor issues, and I would definitely return to Marmara as the property is excellent, just needs a few tweaks in service.…""Had a great stay at Marmara.
