The staff was very friendly,the location was amazing!

The room is great and the property is conveniently located in the tourist area of Istanbul within 15 minutes of walking distance to all the important landmarks. The service was excellent with a very helpful front desk who arranged everything for us starting with the airport shuttle. The free breakfast is also great and I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Istanbul.

Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter.

Truly exceptional from start to finish. Our stay at Raffles Istanbul was flawless in every way. The room was absolutely stunning—spacious, serene, and beautifully designed with an incredible attention to detail. The heated bathroom floors were such a luxurious touch, especially after the spa, and everything from the lighting to the finishes felt intentional and elevated. The entire space felt calm, refined, and incredibly comfortable. The spa experience was unforgettable. My Husband and I did the hammam together, and it was hands down one of the best we’ve ever had. The women who performed our treatments were absolutely amazing—so skilled, attentive, and nurturing. I truly wish I remembered their names because they deserve special recognition. The ritual was deeply relaxing, grounding, and beautifully executed, leaving us both feeling completely renewed. A huge heartfelt shout-out to Kutay, the Concierge Manager. He was incredibly personable and genuinely caring, with a rare talent for making you feel instantly at home. His warmth, thoughtfulness, and seamless communication elevated our entire stay and made every experience effortless. Raffles Istanbul sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. Every detail is considered, every interaction feels sincere, and the experience stays with you long after you leave. We cannot wait to return ✨
