The property was well maintained, clean and the staff were wonderful. The air con was on when we arrived, Fiona was very friendly and helpful, and bottled water was supplied along with great recommendations for dinner

Parking was simple and secure; the suite was spotlessly clean; staff was most helpful and caring - quite approachable for any questions. The suite was beautifully cooled to enter and efficient for the stay. We would return to stay at this establishment at any time in Gunnedah. We were there twice over Easter.

Rooms were clean and tidy, beds extremely comfortale extra blankets and pillows provided. Staff amazing and very courteous and polite. They even checked on my mother who has dementia when I went out. Definitely be staying here again.

This was a last-minute booking on the writing in Gunna around 4:30 pm. Fiona in reception was very lovely, providing two bottles of water on arrival and giving some suggestions for dinner of which one we took up and were not disappointed. Would recommend this stopover hotel again.
