staff were wonderful.Our complaints are about parking fees-they add on 9.00 to access an app and then you have to pay 30.00 a night as well for parking.We’ve been coming here for years but now will look elsewhere-just keep adding on fees.

We’ve stayed at The Peaks on several occasions, and sadly, this trip was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the experience was poor. The front desk employee was curt and provided virtually no information about the hotel or amenities. We weren’t told that the pool was under construction, the waterslide was closed, the game room was closed, or that the restaurant wasn’t open. We weren’t given the Wi-Fi password, told where to find breakfast or what the coffee shop offered, or even informed of its hours. Ironically, the only information we were given was that parking would cost $30 per day—only to discover it was actually $38 per day. To make matters worse, the coffee shop doesn’t even open until 7:00 a.m., and the hotel provides just a single pot of complimentary coffee in the lobby for what must be hundreds of guests. If you weren’t there by 5:30 or 6:00 in the morning, you were out of luck. For a full-service resort, that’s simply unacceptable. Housekeeping was equally disappointing. They did the bare minimum by making the beds and replacing towels, but only about half the trash was emptied, and the room was never properly refreshed. The room itself was in rough shape. Multiple light bulbs were burned out, the lighted vanity mirror was literally separating from the wall, and its light didn’t even work. At that point, I didn’t bother calling housekeeping because every other aspect of the stay had already been so disappointing.

We came for the Telluride Film Festival and were, overall, quite pleased. The only minor problem was getting in the front door the first night so we just left it unlocked the entire time. The king bed was very comfortable, bathrooms were nice & clean, and kitchen was perfect. Wasn't sure about using the hot tub or not.

They help host our private little wedding and made it super special! The best stash in a hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Such an amazing stay!!
