"Overall this is a very good hotel. The rooms are very clean, the staff are superb and very helpful. I especially liked them providing me with a bottle to fill with water, freely available on each floor -this was wonderful. My only criticism, and I’m being pedantic, is that it’s not obvious where to pay for items in reception fridges, I queued at bar only to be told I had to wait behind 5 people at reception waiting to checkout (I was joined by 6 others waiting to pay for same items at bar) But that shouldn’t put you off this excellent hotel."

However, the staff were very helpful and found us a table and we ate then. Bothe the room and the meal were very good, the breakfast too. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to try out the amenities. We would go again."
