“We got there in the middle of snowing. The house was frigid. The driveway and walk were not shoveled. It would have been hard to do that since you didn't know when we were coming, but you could have had the heat turned up. Also having directions on how to turn the heat up would have helped. ”

“The apartment was clean and well set up. We noticed that thought went on to the decor, and there were places they could have just put up paint but did a little extra. I take that as a sign of care. We were very comfortable and received timely communication. What probably carries the most weight for those reading this review is I already suggested it to someone else I know.”
