“The bathroom was filled with a previous person’s hair. I asked to clean it and left the room for the cleaner’s convenience for one hour, but upon my return, the bathroom was still dirty. They suggested that we changed room so I had to pack up again my stuff. It was nearly impossible to leave the hotel because there was mud everywhere.
