Ha Giang Loop Vacations from $183

The hotel is fine if you want a great location at a fair price. But... the new GO POOL is a disaster!!! $20 MILLION WASTED!!! It's a total money grab forcing you to pay for a cushion or cabana. Otherwise you can't even see the pool! The size of the pool has shrunk and is now way overcrowded! And the music is now SOO loud it guarantees a headache!! Very disappointed as a long time guest.

Room was not ready at check in and they stated that they could not speed up the process. There was no telling when room would be ready and could be more than 6 hours before it was. We requested accommodations and they said they did not do that. We had to downgrade to be able to check in, which already was 2 hours past original check in time. They only waived $56 fee, and provided late check out. It was a big inconvenience.

Perfect stay for a short vacation if you are planning to mostly be out and about. In the beginning of our stay we had some water heater problems but the staff was very quick and friendly when fixing the problem. The hotel is located right off the freeway so there is a lot of cars going by but we weren’t bothered by the noise. Overall good stay where we felt safe and had the basic necessities.
