If you want to be in the heart of the city while still having a first rate hotel experience this is it.

The hotel itself is really nice. We loved the pool and the spa staff and reception staff were really friendly and helpful. We had an unfortunate interaction with the restaurant staff on our last night where they kept ignoring us for the entire time and being quite rude, forgetting half our order and only waiting on other tables. Eventually we got up and left as we got tired of waiting for service and it left us quite upset. It was a bit of a hassle trying to get them to honor the expedia 20% off discounts with the VIP access but eventually they did at reception, i feel this was more a lack of communication to the other departments within the hotel. We did have to get up really early for a bus the mornjng we left and they put together breakfast bags for us which was really nice.

This hotel is located in an amazing and safe location to explore Hanoi old quarters, near all the major tourist attractions. The street outside was busy throughout the night, but there was no street noise. The room was very clean and nice with comfortable beds. Staff was also very friendly and the service was good.
