Location and water access was great. Loved its pet friendly, our dog enjoyed the stay. We had to reach out the host for an unexpected issue, but he was very responsive. Only downside was the mattress, it’s very very firm and difficult to sleep on.

Perfect couples getaway!

My husband and I were very happy with how clean and cozy the place was ! We really enjoyed seeing the fireworks and sitting by the campfire together . The entire experience was soo perfect and we will recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect getaway

The property was absolutely perfect for a quiet getaway. The view was gorgeous, able to make a nice bonfire and look at the stars, and my dog absolutely loved swimming and then running into the grass for zoomies. Trailer is small but perfect for lounging in when not outside.

Love at first sight

From the moment we arrived the property was everything we wanted in a family getaway. My wife and I loved how cozy the house was. Our 10 week old loved floating in the water. What a beautiful and relaxing trip. We will be back for sure!

Weekend Staycation

My husband and I wanted a little staycation to enjoy the beautiful fall leaves, we picked this place based on the view of the lake. The View is even more amazing in person. The perfect spot for a nice little getaway. The house itself was immaculately clean, just the perfect amount of space for two people. We would definitely stay here again.

Escape from DC

Perfect location for a week away from DC. The location was perfect and allowed us to travel around the area. We drove out Tesla and there are 2 super chargers 30 min away. Never had an issue charging.

Perfect Getaway

What a perfect getaway! The view of the lake from inside, from the porch and sitting right in front of the lake were so enjoyable! Having a firepit setup just outside the home and also lakefront was very nice. John was very responsive with any communication. Check in and checkout were very easy. Will definitely come back!!

Amazing tiny house on A BIG lake

We had a great stay here! Perfect size for my husband and two dogs to stay for a long weekend. We came for our 2nd wedding anniversary from PA. The drive up was Beautiful. The house was so cute and clean and had an amazing view of the lake. we brought our boat and we were able to leave in the water all weekend. We hope to be back!!!

Weekend stay on the lake

We had a fantastic stay at John’s home on Great Sacandaga Lake. The house is small but has everything you need. Very clean and tidy. There’s a beautiful view of the lake directly from the house and the access to the lake is great. You have to cross the street for the access point but there’s a flat grassy area with a fire pit right on the bank. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun stay at the lake

Our family (2 adults, 2 children aged 6 and 3) stayed here for 4 nights. The home is clean and well furnished with amenities provided. It was a perfect location. The road is not too busy. We were able to use the dock area and spent a lot of time swimming in the lake. We brought our boat and were able to use the mooring ball. We used the town of Day boat launch to get the boat in and out of the lake. We would recommend it to others and hope to stay again!

Gorgeous lake view

We had a great stay just wish we knew the only source of heat was a spacer heater. The host did inform us a day before our arrival but didnt clarify that was the only heat source, the water pressure was low. Maybe we missed it in the description but this is definitely a mobile home and not a cabin. Overall it was a good stay just freezing. Also, the lake view was great but note it is across the street.
