Find Hotels with Room Service in Haikou

Super helpful staff. 5 overall room had some minor hits to carpet and curtains that diminished the feeling of a topnotch property. Can’t expect those to be changed out from minor damage but they are noticed. Quality of the build and materials in excellent. Soundproofing is superb so sleep was excellent. Great bed and bedding. Location convenient to excellent food and shopping.

My friends and I decided that this was our favorite hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and were given VIP services. The customer service here was top notch! The breakfast buffet had lots of western choices and an omelette bar. I am hoping I have an opportunity to go again.

The hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit out of the way but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

I was very impressed with the property. The breakfast buffet had a great verity & makes the value of booking much greater. It's in a more business focused area which gave a nice respite from the higher traffic touristy area's.

The hotel was quite impressive, even though I'm a bit afraid of heights it was enjoyable being so high to overlook the city and ocean. The gym was a great facility for a good workout and spacious. The only issue was I had a non-smoking room and it was clear that somebody had smoked in it. The staff and housekeeping recognized this and apologized and brought me an oil diffuser for the smell.

Nice location. Great room. Wonderful room. Excellent food. Top notch staff.

The hotel is gigantic, a lot of tropical trees , clean, good breakfast

入住体验非常棒，酒店特别豪华，阳台外的海景太美了

Beautiful Hotel. We wished we had been able to stay more than one night. The rooms are lovely, with a deep jetted tub and separate spacious shower. The beds in China are known to be rock hard; these were better and we got a comfortable night's sleep. The grounds are tropically beautiful. Many pools and hot tubs for guests to enjoy. We enjoyed the evening entertainment while having a drink in their lounge/lobby. Kudos to one of the young gentleman employees named Edison. He answered many...

Friendly staff.

The view from my room is epic even though the location is far from city center. It is a relaxing trip.

The room I picked with the picture of the toilet next to the sink turned out to be a dated room with a pretty hard bed and a bit musty smell. The folks thought I would be happier with one of their updated rooms (the one with the room that shows a toilet with a phone next to it and a glass door). Boy were they right...updated room, comfortable bed, and walk in shower with great pressure! The breakfast that came with the meal was outstanding, made to order eggs, and multiple regional, and...

Best express stay.
