“If like us you are just looking for a place to rest in comfort while you are traveling, then this is it! Very clean, basic furnishings with no TV. A cooktop, microwave, and fridge, but no oven are provided.
As we arrived after midnight, and had difficulty with the room code after entering the building, we called the 'emergency number' and got in the 'next available operator' loop for half an hour so no one responds if their is an actual emergency.

“too many codes...doesn't clearly say what you need to type in for codes. Asked that we take out garbage and couldn't find garbage room. I expect them to take the garbage out BTW. Moved our rooms from a 2 bdrm to two separate rooms because of a booking problem on their end.”

“Good location. Near Metro, bus station. Room was clean and comfortable
. No reception desk when chech in at night, but next morning the reception office was available. Thanks their kind staff to help me keep luggage in their office untill 2Pm. It will be better if reading light available at sofa side not only at bed side.
