This is a family oriented hotel. They have great amenities for kids. Unfortunately, it was on the loud side. The rooms and building are very dated. They have done a good job in making it look nice, however, our room was pricey for the condition. The free breakfast was not good. We had to go somewhere else. The staff was friendly and no wait time to check in.

This was our third time staying here as we pass through Amarillo. We love this place and have made it our go-to stop. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We love that it is a safe space to take a walk after a long day of driving.

The breakfast was good, coffee etc. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. A/C worked well. The only issues were the back of the bathroom door was severely chewed up looking and badly damaged from previous guests and the upstairs occupants were loud and didn't quiet down until about 1:30am. For the cost, I rated it as ok/good. Location was great though right off I-40 west. Plenty of nearby restaurants available too.

Sofá bed falling apart also on the side of the bed some metal parts sticking out making it dangerous to walk and on top of it some sticky pads for little critters

Great place to stay. Cabins were clean. Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest but not overly mean. I’m used to friendly people in Texas but maybe they were having a bad day or live in New Mexico. I’d definitely stay again even though they just have van that takes you to the restaurant, not a limo like advertised. Maybe it’s an Amarillo Limo??

"I loved the house and the Small Town it was located in. The people were very nice. The house was very clean. It took a minute to figure out the flush handle, but it was nice. It was a learning experience being away from it all."
