Absolutely fabulous stay. We stayed in one of the 'cellules' which was all we needed, it was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable and moving didn't disturb each other.
The staff was exceptional; polite, professional, friendly and helpful. They allowed me to speak French without correcting me and spoke in perfect English when I floundered and then reverted to French.
I wish we had booked breakfast as the meal times in Beziers are very much adhered to (in our experience).

They tried so hard to make this a 4+ star hotel but it just doesn't manage it. The breakfast isn't worth the 20 euros that it costs. The bed was so hard that I had to take ibuprofen to deal with the hip pain after the night and the mildew in the room was bad. The whole family was coughing or sniffling after spending 5 nights there. We were VIP+ and had one of the 2 bedroom suites. We're in room #1. The mosquitoes in the private backyard were so bad that we had a hard time using the only table that seated all 6 of us.
