“Great location close to Blackwater Falls State Park and the two towns of Davis and Thomas. Communications with host suburb! All I needed to cook meals with stove, microwave, pots/pans, coffeemaker; Small space but just right for my solo retreat at waterfalls, rivers, trails for hiking! Highly recommend !!”

Great decor for a cabin, such as that.Two quibbles: one minor, the other exasperating, but the latter one may not really be the properties fault or the evolve property management, except for not providing a map on the instructions and addressCell service is sketchy at best in those mountains of West Virginia.The property needs a better stove and definitely needs a light over the stove because it is dark and……

“Love the place will rent again”

“The place is great for access to Davis (literally 2 min walk to “main street”) and area hiking. Basically brand new everything inside. The bed was better than average. The furniture is average comfort but usable. Small kitchen area that is good enough - although cooking homemade meals there will be a challenge. Washer and dryer were a great bonus especially after hiking. No issues with wifi. The place is hard to find in the dark the first time - but other otherwise great stay. There is an……

The house is fabulous - huge open concept living/dining room & kitchen, two generous sized bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, and although we didn't need to use it, the house has a laundry room on the first floor. Excellent location in Parsons - right on the river! Close to Thomas, Davis, Blackwater Falls, Canaan Valley, & Dolly Sods.”

“Spotless, cozy cabin with everything you needed. Fire pit, Grill, covered hot tub, store, laundry, picnic table all within steps of the cabin. Super quiet at night with nothing but the beautiful sound of the river just a stone’s throw away. The windowed porch at the entrance was very convenient as well. And whatever you needed that you didn’t have, the town of Elkins was just up the road less than 15 minutes away while still giving you the enjoyment of a remote river canyon. Can’t say enough……
