Great service, nice and quiet location, really good breakfast buffet and some nice restaurants in the area (the hotel restaurant closed on Sundays)

Nice location, if you prefer not to stay in Hamburg city. Free parking, a nice restaurant with good breakfast option. Room 119 can be a bit noisy, as it’s located just next to an staff room (120) Not an issue with other rooms. All in all a nice hotel with friendly staff.

Das Hotel ist gut, was es sehr gut macht sind die Mitarbeiter. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Am Frühstückstisch wird man sehr freundlich begrüßt mit einem kleinen Smalltalk, was mir jeden Tag ein lächeln auf das Gesicht gezaubert hat. So kommt man gerne wieder. Jedes Hotel ist nur so gut wie gut seine Mitarbeiter sind! Weiter so!
