"The person did not want the woman and her son into the room I booked for her. I phoned the manager after 9 pm as I only heard about the issue after 9. He said the office was closed and he can not open for her then. The woman had to sleep in her car. Too late to get another place. So we never used the room and I would like a refund. "

"Truely it is a beautiful house in a wonderful , quiet place . Loved sitting out on the deck listening to the ducks and looking and enjoying the bird wildlife. Went to the very close Binninup Beach , where we picked some supplies at the convenient store. Our family truely enjoyed it ! Would be great in winter too, with the huge fire pit near the lake . Gorgeous!! "
