"I had booked through an outside party and did it for 10/10 instead of 10/3. “Chantel”(sp?) at the South Portland Maine Double Tree was amazing. She saw how mad I was at myself and better than matched the price I had booked. That kind of human customer service is sadly lacking these days. Big kudos to her!"
