Our stay at Grotto Bay was amazing! Everything about the property was impressive. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and always went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. There was so much to do on the property, between the beach and ocean, to the caves as well as access to local sites. The food at the restaurants was first class. I am definitely ready to start planning my next trip back!

The property was fine but do not expect a Caribbean style all inclusive resort. This resort was more laid back and a lot of families. Food was very good. Location was less than 10 minutes from the airport. Staff all but one was great. I would recommend the all inclusive. The island is wonderful.

The resort was perfect. The cave, the pool, right on the beach. Everything was great. Staff and service was impeccable. From Madu in the dining room, to Tyree at the front desk. Top notch. I've told so many people about this place and would certainly return. Thank you for an amazing stay! We loved it.

Grotto Bay resort is a wonderful resort with a private beach. Hardly 10 minutes away from the airport but 25-30 minutes from the Hamilton city center. The Taxi fare is $30-32 for city center. You can take a bus from the main gate that will visit $4.50 each. The hotel restaurants are very expensive. We had buffet dinner for $90 each which was too much for ordinary dinner . The staff is very nice and responsive. One thing I hate about all the hotels is that they do not provide water bottles in the room. You have to buy it for $4.95 each. They could charge $560 per night instead of $550 and provide water. The room floor had some synthetic material that constantly felt moist. That was very uncomfortable bare feet.

The staff at Grotto Bay were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The property itself was a bit “tired” and could use a little love in some areas. The gym was very small, stuffy and a lot of equipment was broken and a few weights missing. They are doing some very nice renivafkons that look like they will be really nice when finished. The beach area is beautiful and the multiple levels of beach chairs were very interesting and pleasing to look at. Having a dock right next to the resort was convenient to book excursions or water activities. GB is an all inclusive resort but for those who don’t opt in to the meal plans, there is a VERY small continental breakfast you can pay for in the morning. It offered about 5 different pastries, cereal, yogurt and apples and oranges. You could get hard boiled eggs if you asked. Overall I think this is a wonderful place to bring kids but I’m not sure I would go back if it were just my husband and I.
