"I loved everything about our stay. The food was amazing. The vibe relaxing and inspiring. The staff a dream. If I were to change one thing, it would be pillow options for sleeping. I like it when fancy hotels have different types of pillows to chose from — firm, foam, down, etc. I will return. "

"I chose this property because it was popular and close to my in-laws. Everyone gives it raving reviews, so I booked my reservation months ago.
I was also told by former employees that this place used to be Better and it is now way different from how it used to be before. I’ve had minor issues leading up to the actual day of staying at the hotel but that did not matter because I already made up my mind to stay there however, I did not enjoy my stay for the most part. The rooms are not soundproof, every night I heard a couple being intimate that was annoying. Also, people coughing and using the bathroom.. The phones in the room do not work, nor does the balcony light. TV remote did not work, nor the button to the TV,. Breakfast is repetitive and limited. My room seen better days, I feel it was very dirty in my opinion. For the hotel to be luxury, for me, it did not feel like it. I wanted to ask the front desk can I change my room on the first day that I got there but they seemed unapproachable like you may be bothering them, so me not want to be that person who complains, I just spent my nights sleeping there sometimes and the rest of the time with my in-laws because it is what it is. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to a friend who staying in Hammamet. But again this is just my experience. Maybe somebody else will have a better room that’s more clean and doesn’t it feel cramped and stuffy. I was there for nine nights. "

"Stayed at the Marco Polo for 8 days with my partner. The Hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. On arrival reception staff were friendly and upgraded us to a sea view room. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Rooms are cleaned daily, have a mini fridge and come with little extras, I thought the razors were a nice touch. The grounds were extremely well maintained. Facilities were limited only due to the time of year so the outdoor pool was drained, which looks like it would be amazing in summer. The indoor pool was lovely and the spa was still open.
The smaller restaurant was used for meal times as it was out of season, adequate size for the amount of guests at the hotel, food was tasty and varied and the restaurant staff were polite and helpful.
All the bar staff were amazing, but a special mention for Ezzeddine, Slim and Ridha you are fantastic, you made us feel right at home and made us laugh endlessly.
The only negative we have was there was no animation throughout the daytime to help with the hotel being so quiet. I understand it is difficult when the hotel is quiet but i feel more effort could have been made. On the night, animation was better in the Oasis bar. You could request any music you like and dance away. Karaoke was on one night right next to the bar which everyone enjoyed. I would suggest maybe a quiz night or bingo night too etc.
Overall a fantastic hotel, we would definitely stay again"

"This is a beautiful property and kind staff. Food is the same as most resorts salads, meat, fish, even one or two vegan options which was a nice surprise. The spa is good but it didn't blow me away but still worth a massage.
The only area I didn't like was that these is no real peaceful area in the main hotel or the back towards the beach other than at the front of the hotel where there are bungalows near the car park.naturally there is music from the pool, evening entertainment etc.I ended up in the bungalows near the car park which provides some peace and quiet but then you miss the view. For three nights it was ok. "
