“Very disappointed by this hotel. This was, by far, the smallest room we have experienced on this trip and that also applies to the bathroom. Although the location was great, the price we paid for this very small room was not worth it. On the plus side, the restaurant downstairs was outstanding.”

“My family stayed 1 night at Alnes Gard during our trip to Norway. We stayed here as a base to see Alesund and so glad we did! This place is a lovely little gem and we had fun exploring the small island. We saw lovely rainbows, experienced a beautiful ocean sunset, and went on a great hike! Would highly recommend this place! ”

“Ingen lys på kvelden, så det er veldig mørkt. Få dusjer og toalett som mangler avtrekk. Du kan leie sengetøy og håndklær. De har tre elbil ladere. De rimeligste hyttene ha ingenting annet enn seng, bord og stoler. Madrassen var ubehagelig. ”

“Extreme itchiness from the sheets on the bed - could hardly sleep due to it. VERY THIN WALLS and could hear everything in the next room. I asked to be switched to a different room but did not receive a timely response (there are no staff onsite - remote only). I asked for a partial refund and was denied. You are also fairly far from the center of Alesund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.”
