I thought that was disrespectful and not quiet at all. Also, the outside cushions were invested by ants so we were not able to use them. The host is awesome because I made a slight suggestion for a more accommodating stay for me and it was considered and done. The outdoor living area is the best feature. Great house to stay at while in Hampton! House was comfortable for my family, enough space for 2 adults and 2 young teens. Location was central to many things we wanted to experience, the beaches, historic sights and more. Easy in and out to highways and shopping. The house also has a fantastic outside space, although it did get very warm during the day in August. The River setting was beautiful to wake up to every morning! The view from the dock out back was beautiful. Sadly, the patio furniture was wet and slightly moldy, so we weren’t able to use it much. Also, we didn’t realize the house was in someone’s backyard. We never saw the people who were in the other house, but it was still a surprise to see we didn’t have the privacy we thought we did.
