The property manager was very responsive. Very convenient access to downtown Hampton, plus a couple of good spots right there in Phoebus (I'd highly recommend Mango Mangeaux). My only complaint was that the neighbor was blaring some loud music outside Saturday afternoon. Only one bath, not meant for larger family but just fine for a couple or small family of 3 or possibly 4\.
