They made sure the big teddy bear was kept in our room even before we checked in. A speacial mention for Mr Rak ( at the reception) and Rudy who made sure they recommended places to visit and things to do with our son. Our flight was late in the day and even the extended late check out was done with ease. We were absolutely happy with our stay ( relaxing and comfortable). I would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. It’s perfectly located too so easy to commute to any restaurant and places via grab. "
