Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel ensured our pitstop in Hanoi was completely stress-free. The location is right in the heart of Hanoi, making it very easy to get around. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially when our flight changed and we needed to book an extra night. They were so accommodating that they even had our new room ready early before we checked out of the first one, making the transition completely seamless. Overall, a lovely hotel that I would absolutely recommend!

The breakfast had good variety, and when we arrived early and the room wasn’t ready yet, the staff sent us up for breakfast. They didn’t charge us for this, and we appreciated it after a long journey. It is the type of gesture that sets a hotel apart from the crowd.

Good hotel for a few quick nights. Located in next to all the main attractions in Hanoi. However during a large rainfall, the roof leaked water into the room and the air conditioning system turned off mid sleep. Otherwise good for the price.

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel is a good hotel located in the crowded Old Quarter. The hotel room is updated and offers a nice respite from the sites and sounds outside. It is compact, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast is included and is good. There is an interesting and intelligent young lady who works the breakfast shift - I'm sorry I don't know her name. The hotel is reasonably priced and all the staff is helpful and professional.

We absolutely loved our stay at Royal Premium. The room was so cozy, we felt right at home. The staff were so helpful, friendly and kind especially Andrea and Da at reception. Every time we entered reception we were greeted with the warmest smiles! Laundry was very efficient and easy too. Also the perfect location in the midst of everything, which was very convenient..

Sometimes staying in a boutique hotel you get few amenities…none here. The room was good…just ok. However, to top it off you get a great staff that is very accommodating. They helped us with tours, which way to go when you walked out the front door. They were just willing to chit chat with you which was very pleasant. Da, his name is Da was exceptional just a very nice man always greeting you with a smile and conversation.

Everyone at the hotel is extremely helpful and nice. Da went above and beyond to help and all the other front desk staff were great as well! The rooms are cleaned every day while you are out, it is so nice to come back to a clean room. Breakfast has a great selection to start your day. Overall great hotel!

I booked the room based on Expedia’s rating, the room was ok, enough space for a couple. There’s water included everyday. The glass door for the bathroom was a little off putting because you don’t have enough privacy. It’s in front of a hospital but we barely heard any sirens at all although there are a lot of people at all times. Its close to St. Joseph’s Cathedral and a Michelin awarded pho(Pho Ga Nguyet)place which always has a line. Breakfast was A+ per my husband because he liked that they had pho in the morning. Staff was helpful as well. Overall, will stay here again when we are back in Hanoi

We arrived late night and the receptionist was very welcoming. The room at first side was ok but we looked and under the matress we saw bed bugs,they changed our room but unfortunately the second one was the same The third room was clean but we had too go up the stairs one floor .
