We stayed on the Gold Floor in room 2604, and I can’t thank the team enough for making our stay so memorable. The service was exceptional from start to finish.
The housekeeping team was amazing, and whenever we needed anything, it was delivered to our room in less than five minutes. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help.
Staying on the Gold Floor was an incredible experience for our family. We enjoyed complimentary service twice a day, along with breakfast and lunch, and the private elevator made access to the Haram very convenient. Everything we requested through room service was provided promptly.
The hotel is only about a five-minute walk to the Haram, making it an excellent choice, especially for families visiting Makkah.
I highly recommend staying here. It was truly a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back.
