"Even though it was during semi-lockdown, even though the hotel felt a little haunted because of its emptiness, it was a WONDERFUL getaway. Clean, chic, with great communication for contactless checkin/checkout. They left a thoughtful list of restaurants with outdoor dining. Bedding is lovely and smells great (really want to know what they use). "The room is clean but shared bathroom facilities for the price of the room is unsatisfactory. Check-in being so limited is disturbing. The area the property is located in is not a clean, desirable area. Non-refundable, pay up front policy is unsatisfactory and extremely disappointing. We would not recommend Racpanos. "Loved staying here for the rate King’s Inn charge with all amenities close by especially for both kids and adult entertainment. Room is cleaned and is quite and security is on premises. "The property while adorned with lots of marble and the staff dressed up, had some drawbacks. Morning coffee while complimentary was tucked away in a corner as well as the complimentary water. I think it would be a good idea to advertise that its available. I realize in a hotel such as this on the top end of the "Marriot experience" prices are going to be higher i.e....drinks in the bar. The bartender there however could have used a happy attitude. At least a smile. It helps to go with the $20 drink price. "I liked the location, walking distance to the Bay and other sites. I liked the property, very beautiful with great amenities such as game room with billiards, bowling, air hockey etc...great fitness facility and pool. The staff was nice and accommodating.
