"The person running the front desk was amazing and extremely helpful. She is clearly a very good employee and helpful. We would rank her as excellent. compared to other Tru’s we’ve stayed at This one is not well-maintained and is dingy / dilapidated. We previously stayed at probably one of the older Tru’s located in Wytheville, Virginia, and the place is so well-maintained it looked and felt like it was almost new. Next time we come through Columbia, South Carolina will probably stay at the true that’s on the other side of town. We are frequent flyers and have stayed at 6 different Tru’s this is been quite disappointing."
