Angela was very responsive to any questions or needs, and thoughtful in leaving us some handy snacks for our stay. “Stayed here for a week while working in the area. Great location, within walking distance of downtown restaurants and easy to get in an out of Columbia. Loved the gated parking and security in the building, very safe. Unit is spacious and comfortable. Also, on the first floor so getting in and out with luggage and bags was easy. Will definitely stay here again.”

“Our stay at this location was very pleasant. The owner was easy to communicate with and the property pictures represented it well. The check in and out was very easy. We had ages 24-95 and all were comfortable as we enjoyed celebrating a graduation from The University of South Carolina. I have only 2 constructive comments: watch out for the kitchen faucet, it needs to hand misaligned so that the user doesn't get drenched; there is an apartment overhead and the walking noise is noticeable.
