“Did not get to check in as per indicated time from website 2pm. Only get to check in 3pm. Water pressure for bathroom was quite low. Air con is super powerful. Love it. ”

“This was my first time staying at this property and I must say that it deserves the word 'Grand'!! All the hotel staff were really professional, friendly and always smiling with full of energy all the time.
I did face some challenges in communicating with some staff members due to language barrier as I noticed that only the front desk staff was good in English.... But this didn't cause me any issues since I used Google translator.
Even though some were not able to understand English, but still……
