Certain staff members were great and they would make great managers of this hotel. The current managers really need to take responsibility and step down and resign. Andy is aJeyill and Hyde mentality personality! He is intoxicated will on the job, swears a lot and is quick to call the police on people and have them kicked out! Days that he is sober he is decent to deal with. The management is been watched throwing peoples mail away!

The staff was amazing - especially Kay. They were extremely helpful. The hotel is dated but has a rich history. I enjoyed taking a step back in time. I would definitely stay there again.

Pluses:The hotel was clean, staff pleasant and helpful. These are more important to me than the minuses-hence my excellent review. Minuses:pool was over chlorinated and we were not able to use it as well as many others. Breakfast was free for kids but adults had to pay but it wasn’t worth it. The staff was flying solo and didn’t have time to restock things so quite a few things were empty. Front desk staff was understaffed. One person at the desk to check in, answer questions, get towels/bedding etc on a Saturday evening with a soccer tournament in town. They were very pleasant.

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast and available parking.

Place was clean and nicely updated. Area in the front lobby was nice and spacious and worked for our group of state golfers to hang out and eat pizza together. Had a great time while we were there!
